Course overview
​
Level 7 Extended Diploma in Project Human Resource and Industrial Organisational Psychology has been developed to produce graduates with skills to understand the management of project human resources and i-o psychology aligned with good strategic decision making, sustain industrial' competitive advantage. To achieve this, learners acquire knowledge through an integrated approach of theory in human resource management and practice using real-time activities. Successful completion of this diploma will enable learners to build on their strategic human resource management, leadership, and psychological skills and to focus on the requirements of implementing an organization’s strategy. Upon completion of the course, graduates shall be awarded a Chartered Membership in Project HR and I-O Psychology + Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Project HR and I-O Psychology Management by the Institute of Project Management Professionals, Ghana (Chartered Professional Body for Project Management Professionals). Holders of our Level 7 Extended Diploma can do a top-up Masters.

Assessments
​
To modern eyes, how students were assessed about half-century ago may look rather limited and repetitive. The assessment then, largely consist of a succession of relatively uniform essays or reports followed by a diet of end-of-year or final written exam papers. Learning outcomes of various units via submission of assignments/project work is by far a better assessment technique. The process involves the assessment of learners to work internally and then finally assessing through external evaluators.
