
History- Institute for Leadership and Strategic Management Africa (ILSMA)
ILSMA is a Not-for Profit Making Organization that offers a range of tailor-made programs in entrepreneurship, leadership, strategy and management for low ranking officers and top executives including Directors, CEO’s, Functional and Senior Management. The institute teaches professional courses developing business practitioners for higher performance through flexible education, learning, training and development.
Who we are

The organization started as an academic and management consultancy firm providing Executive and Organizational Development services, It’s now a higher learning institution. The institute combine both local and international experience gained from the private and public sectors as well as diverse academic credentials students with tailor-made and local content programs and making education, learning, training and development simple for practical business development.
Governing council
The institute is governed by seven (7) members with relevant understanding in tertiary education, business management and organizational practices, the council shall draw and approve policies for ILSMA, Membership shall be reviewed every three (3) years.

Mission

Make personal and organizational development simple with practical understanding in entrepreneurship, leadership, corporate strategies and management through education, learning, training and development to cause a positive change in the African communities and beyond.

Provide personal and organizational skills for creativity and innovations in order to meet the dynamic global business changes and trends through local content programs.
Corporate Social Responsibility (ILSMA-Sustainable Projects)
​
As part of ILSMA’s social responsibility is to run free training sessions for certain group(s) of persons in Ghana and Africa. These training we believe shall facilitate in changing the lives of people in the African society.
The institute provides 90% partial scholarship for 500 Africans each year, first of its kind in Ghana.
